Man I have a great cook

Wow triple -c made an awesome meal last night. This is what was on the menu
a nice big juice tender loin
scallop potatoes they were creamy onion flavor
sum yummy green beans with bacon
man it was to die for. it was so good
I just have to say thank God for southern women, because they are the best cooks in the world in my opinion .
I loves it

Crystal comes from a long line of good southern cooks. Her great-grand-mother, Mamaw Shack, was one of the best.

That was a delicious Pork tenderloin. I haven't ever made one before that one. I'm surely going to cook that again. Yummy to our tummy's.

I have only cooked one before and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! I need to do another one...they are so easy, too! How did you cook yours? rg

I marinated it in S&P & minced garlic & that's all. I put it in the fridge for a few hours. Then I browned it in a skillet, just to seal in the flavors. Then I put it in the oven & covered it with aluminum foil. Then when it was almost ready, I uncovered it, so that it would brown alittle more. It was so moist & just fell apart.

As Rachel Ray would say, "YUMMO"!!! The recipe I have has whole, cooked mushrooms that you serve with it. Call me at home if you would like the recipe. rg
